We collect account information such as your email address, written answers, speaking transcripts, feedback results, and usage data such as practice times and pass status. Voice recordings are processed to generate transcripts for evaluation, but we do not store the audio recordings.

We may also receive basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and regional information needed for security, operations, and currency selection.

We use information to provide practice and AI feedback, manage accounts and passes, process payments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve service quality.

We use third-party providers for authentication and databases, AI processing, practice images, hosting, operational analytics, and payments. Data is shared only as needed to perform those functions.

Payments are processed by Midtrans for users in Indonesia or Lemon Squeezy for global users. Wono DET does not store complete payment card numbers.

We retain information as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use reasonable access controls and technical safeguards, but no internet system is entirely risk-free.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal obligations and security needs. Submit a request through the Contact page using your account email.
